Course Description: All the courses use a variety of scenic rolling country roads of West Carleton in the rural west end of Ottawa

Start Location: Kinburn Community Centre 3045 Kinburn Side Rd, Ottawa, ON, K0A 2H0

Highlight Sections: Yucks Lane, Rabbit Path Lane, Torbolton Ridge Rd, Mountain View Rd

Route Distances: 108km, 70km, 37km

Information and Instuctions 

1. LOCATION: Kinburn Community Centre 3045 Kinburn Side Rd. Washrooms on-site 

2. START TIMES: EPIC Course will start at 9:30am Medio Course will start at 9:35am Petit Course will start at 9:40am 

3. Neutral start will be 1.5km from the Kinburn Community Centre to Mohrs Road and Kinburn Side Rd https://www.strava.com/routes/2943170119262645712 

4. The finish for all events will on John Shaw Rd just before Kinburn Side Rd 

5. No on-site registration- preregistration only-bibs and chips are handed out in the morning of the event 

6. The route is open to traffic. You must follow all the rules of the Highway Traffic Act.  

7. Darvesh Convenience is located in the village of Kinburn and has gas pumps 

8. None of the courses have unmaintained roads or extremely technical sections 

9. Cyclosportif participants will be required to wear race numbers and timing chips 

10. CATEGORIES: Open Men and Open Women for all distances 

11. St. John’s Ambulance will be on site 

12. Vehicles will be patrolling the route. The event director will be monitoring the leading group for the EPIC event  

13. Aid stations will be located in strategic locations.  

14. The routes will be signed but it is the riders responsibility to know the course. We recommend downloading the gpx file to your bicycle computer.
